Paying for an item using credit/debit card

I tried number of times to buy an item with my visa credit card. Unfortunately I was unable to buy that one using my card, when I tried to confirm my details and pay, an error message saying "check your payment details or choose a different payment method". then I contact my bank and asked about this issue. They said that isn't my account fault, should be other issue. Still I couldn't find that issue. Then I used to pay with my paypal account and it was successful. I wanna know is there a member who faced a same issue and solved, please let me know about that.  Thank you.

Seller payment method may have an issue or they may have paypal only as their payment on method.

If you have the same issue, you can use your PayPal account for make payments instead of paying with credit/debit card.
