PayPal isn't working

I've been trying all day today (8-10-23) to pay for a couple items and PayPal won't proceed past the point of choosing your payment method; after you choose it and hit 'continue' (or the button that comes up if you choose the Pay-In-4 option), it just again goes back to "getting your PayPal wallet". So, you can never get to actually making the payment.

Contact PayPal. OR

 Try another payment method.

Had the same problem today... no luck with PayPal. 

I get to the final stage of PayPal then it keeps looping back to the final page without finishing "your orders in".

I had to pay with another payment method.

There’s obviously an issue on PayPal’s end. Nothing eBay can do.

What browser are you using?

Any difference if you try checking out with a different browser?

Or the eBay app?

I've had the exact same problem on my last two purchases. (last one was this morning) I tried selecting different cards and/or bank accounts, but the only way I could pay was with the money I have in my eBay managed payments account.

Using Edge browser. Didn't try a different one.
