PayPal 12 mo and 24 mo financing

I was looking at some stuff on eBay within the last month and was seeing 12 month and 24 month financing options for PayPal credit, 12 month for $300 and up and 24 months for $600 and up, now I don't see those options at all, what happened?

I think you need to apply for PayPal  credit and be approved or already have a credit card linked to your account before you see offers.  I see PayPal credit offered when I check out using PayPal, but some items don't  give me that option.

Why would you even want such awful product from one of the worst banks in America?

I didn't ask your opinion if I should have it or not, its about being able to finance a large purchase at a longer term than most other banks
