Partial refunds under "Managed Payments"?

Hi all, eBay just rolled out this new "direct-to-account" payment system. Should be fine as far as I can tell, except they didn't mention anything about partial refunds—for example, people who buy multiple items from you, pay shipping before you send a combined invoice, and then ask for that extra shipping money back (which is what just happened to me).

PayPal had an option to refund the buyer within their app, but my bank doesn't have that feature as far as I know. Is that handled within eBay now? Any place I can find that button? I scoured the Selling tab and can't find it—only option is to cancel the order, which I definitely don't want.

Thanks in advance.

It's actually easier than partial refunds through Paypal.
