Partial Refund

It was easy to issue a partial refund through Pay Pal.  With the new manage payment system, I cannot find a place to issue a partial refund.  Any suggestions?

Go to your Manage All Orders screen.

To the left of the order number 00~00000~00000 click on the arrow pointing downward.
Click on choice #11 Send Refund.
This can be a partial or full refund.
The buyer does not have to start a return for you to use this feature.
The refund will be deducted from your pending funds in managed payments.
If you do not have enough funds in the pipeline within managed payments, the refund will be deducted from your checking account.
