Buyer made payment on April 23, payment not on hold, payment available. BUT on the this does NOT appear in total funds available! (I did get paid for the previous item sold). “Available” seems to be a meaningless term. No response to inquiries to eBay.

You're a new seller and your funds will be held.
They can hold them for 30 days, but usually release them before that, depending on the item and price.

It really means buyer has paid and the funds are available...to Ebay!
Actually, they're 'available' to you, too, in that you can buy shipping labels and pay your fees with them.
You just won't get the balance due you until the hold time is over.
