PAYOUT HELD OVER A YEAR

  I sold one item for around 700 dollars last year and the payout was available January 8 this year. After numerous attempts to add my JPChase bank account, creating a "digital bank account" Chime and a third bank account (Capital one) as requested by the multiple associates nothing is working. I get the same error message :

We couldn't verify this bank account. Please select a different payment method.{e138630-1211439x...

Nothing I do works. Each associate or manager tells me to wait 24-48 hours and I have hours of chat and phone call records that go way back to June. I have all my verifiable information that all matches yet no avail. I have read on this thread and several people have this issue, I don't know how this is even legal. WHAT DO I DO?????

If it's been more then a year, are you sure the money hasn't been sent to your states unclaimed property already?

Did you get an email from eBay saying your funds are in escheatment?  If you don't have a checking account attached to eBay they'll eventually send the funds to your state's treasury dept that holds unclaimed funds.
