Overcharges on Shipping Labels

I use Daily Payouts. This mornings payout seemed a bit low to I looked at the Details of the Payout. Ebay charged me 3 times for the same shipping label.  I was in contact with the buyer and told her to place both items in the shopping cart so we could do combined shipping easier. But why would Ebay charge me 3 times for the same shipping label when I only purchased one? Do your Due Diligence, Sellers. Has this ever happened to you?

Overcharges on Shipping Labels

After a 2-year hiatus of selling on eBay, I started selling again this month.  I always go to USPS site to figure out postage and it was always quite accurate now and in the past.  eBay, you used to be able to post the same info (weight, dimensions) on their calculator but that seems to have disappeared.  Anything I put in under 1 pound, it comes up 15.9 ozs.  Well, I end getting overcharged and have now received 2 refunds on overcharges.  Nothing big, mind you, but, to me, it looks like eBay's the one at fault b/c you CAN'T choose 1st class shipping (which most of my stuff is) and the weight ALWAYS defaults to 15.9 oz.  Very frustrating.  It makes me very wary as I'm fearful that I'll get an "undercharge" for some crazy, high-dollar amount in the future.  If that happens, that's it for me on eBay - I won't sell on here any more.
