One more time on MP please!

I am just getting my first payment from being switched to MP as a coin seller.

#1. I get a notice that eBay has made the first payment of $1.01 to my bank.  Under transactions involved for that specific payout it ONLY shows 4 ads fees totally $25 and change and NO positive money from a sale(s). That's confusing.

#2. PROCESSING MP payments show 4 items sold/paid for with what will be paid out. The percentage of the MP fee comes out to 14.65% by my calculator. What happened to 12.35% plus the .30?

I have a basic store subscription. Is the payout percentage have sales tax in there? How can I tell now what sales tax per transaction is as some buyer of coins have tax exemptions and do not pay sales tax? Is shipping taken out via MP, because I still see charges to my PP account for shipping on these 4 transactions?

Thanks for any help as I know most are sick of the MP posts but my searches here didn't turn up a clear answer to my questions.
