On holds but authentication address does not available

I did sent the product the address ebay gave me for authentication and since 2 weeks i dont get reapond from them. Also my buyer doesnt answer for my messages and my money is on hold. And looks like the product dissapeared. I cant contact with ebay. I dont know what to do

Are you certain that your money isn't on hold because you're considered a new seller? What is in your Payments tab?
