After buying a US based item for 36.80 dollars the paypal conversion rate was so extorionate that it was cheaper to pay via my bank and pay a 78 pence conversion fee (total fee is 29.05)
After the seller did not deliver the product I got refunded only to find that Ebay have paid me £28.00.
Despite being only 1.05 less I feel on principle I should be refunded in full.
I am not sure how conversion fees work regarding refunds so I would love to be educated here.
