Non payment

On Oct 23 I sold two florence figures.

After 2 messages my buyer said she had a family emergency and could I wait until the 30th for payment.   I have sent a reminder yesterday and today and she will not respond.   How do I report her as a non payer?

Non payment

You find the item in your history and you cancel the transaction, citing "buyer did not pay" as your reason.

Incidentally, any seller can do this after 96 hours of nonpayment so it was nice of you to allow that buyer a little longer.

The old saying is often true:  No good deed goes unpunished.

Non payment

Stop invoicing (sending reminders) the buyer, each time you do it extends the time to cancel. Wait until 96 hours have past from the last invoice you sent then you can cancel the transaction citing buyer didn’t pay. You will receive a credit on your final fees.

Sending a reminder gives her another 4 days to pay. Wait 4 days and cancel. No more reminders to any buyers...that's eBay's job and let me tell you ebay sends a lot of emails to the buyer. LOL

However, some people are seniors and they are my best buyers...those social security checks come in on certain days of each week by direct deposit. I notice big sales during certain paydays for seniors.

I have "repeat buyers" and notice this thread.
