Hi guys!
I was expecting a delivery from the seller for more than a month and then I got a message that the I item I ordered was damaged when being transported. On 30 March, eBay promised to return my money back within 5 business days but now it's been 2 weeks that I still have no money refunded on my bank card. The seller doesn't answer anything to my messages and I don't know how to contact eBay Support team.
Help me, please!

There are timelines.
When a refund has not been made as required the buyer has only 10 days to ask eBay to force the seller to refund. I think you might have waited too long to ask for help.

Was eBay's "promise" to receive a refund made through a claim? I ask because sometimes it can take up to a whole billing cycle to see a refund on your card. Just thinking out loud...

I saw in my account that the seller made a refund himself and these dates I mentioned were indicated there. May be that's because the card I used to pay was issued in Russia

I think we need more details to help you. You say you received a message stating the item had been damaged in shipment. From whom? The seller? How would the seller or eBay have known that? Did you open an "item not received" case? What is the tracking number for it? What does tracking say? What are the circumstances surrounding the "promise" from eBay on March 30 about a refund? If you "don't know how to contact the eBay support team", how did you do it originally and get that refund promise? At the bottom of every page there is a contact us icon, so you can request a call or do a live chat. Anyway, if you can provide more details we can try to help.

The refund has been made as soon as I texted the seller but the thing is that I got no money on my card. May be that's because the card I paid with was issued in Russia

Give it more time. Credit card credits can take awhile.
