No payouts for a week now.

2 years ago I signed up for managed payments. I have been getting daily payouts ever since until a week ago when they stopped. I have funds available but now I am being told I need to upload a photo id, yet no one will provide the link to me in order to give ebay that information. I have been selling on ebay for 23 years, this is very frustrating especially this time of year. HELP!

Look in the Payment section of the Seller Hub and see if there is anything there.
