I sold my autograph 1/1 jalen football card for 38$ and some change and never got payment it’s was won on the 8 th this month and here it is the 13 Th and nothing so what no why do I have to wait

Some buyers don't pay. Never ship until ebay tells you that they have received the buyers payment.
