No option to add Bank Account

I want to sell on ebay - but the option to add a Bank is missing, Just get Credit Card or Paypal.

You need to register as a Seller if you want to sell on EBAY.    EBAY requires you provide your checking account# and social security# (EBAY reports all your sales to the IRS).   If you are located in a country outside the United States, you may have different requirements.   NAME on your EBAY profile page, checking account and social security card must be EXACT MATCH (or your application may be denied).  Legal name only (no nicknames allowed).

After sales is made, EBAY deducts "selling fees + shipping" and balance is deposited into your checking account.
