New payment Gateway issue

since the time ebay have changed the payment gateway from paypal to payoneer. my payments are not reflecting on my payoneer account. i currently have 3 paid orders but i dont know where the m oney is. please help me out. thsanks

New payment Gateway issue

Did you create a new Payoneer account?  eBay says if you have an existing Payoneer account to create a new one.

If you haven't  sold for over a year eBay probably has you started over as a new seller and could be holding your payments until tracking shows delivered, or in 21 days if there's no tracking.

yes, i opned a new payoneer account as we were using paupal before. i can accept if they hold my payments, at least i must be visible somewhere?

what is shown under your payment tab??

Is the info shown in your account correct for your payment service??

You need to check that.

I have reached out to Payoneer to see if we can determine your account status. 

Two possibilities that might be happening are: 

1) Your account is not yet 100% registered and your transactions need to update as a result. 

2) Your funds are already in your bank account.  Funds are not held in the Payoneer account but pass through to your bank. I am not sure where I can point you in your Payoneer account for clarification, but I can recommend you start in the Verification center. 


In the meantime, I'm waiting to hear back from the Payoneer customer service team.

My account was verified by both payoneer and ebay for the future payments. even when I contact the payoneer support, they said that we have no information available from our end and no payment was denied by our end.

If the account was not up to 100%  Then they should not have even been allowed to list ANYTHING.

Those orders are of yesterday. And the payment is not visible but the ebay shows the orders but not the transaction
