Ive been using Ebay since 1998 with 100% positive feedback. I just learned of the ebay change in payouts to sellers...no more paypal. I had an item sitting for sale since prior to the change. I do not want to share my routing and bank info with ebay...already shared with PayPal. Someone bought the item. Ebay wants my financial info to release funds and are demanding my financial info under the threat of pending restrictions. Ebay won't let me cancel/delete the auction without my bank info. Ebay won't help cancel the auction. I communicated all of this to the buyer. Only he cancel the auction. No response.
Anyone aware of pending legal class-action suits against eBay for extortion of person financial information? Covered under RICO statues?
