New Payout Method

I am NOT HAPPY at all with the new payout method and I know I'm not alone.  The money takes SO much longer to get to me.  The item is mailed out well in advance of payment which I don't feel is fair and makes me feel uncomfortable.  It seems the only one receiving an advantage is eBay.

Some sellers have decided to extend their handling time and wait until the funds are in their checking account, before they'll ship.
