New Payment process: EIN issues !!

Hi there - anyone else having issues with entering their EIN number and ebay system saying it is invalid when it is the number from government registration doc??  We called eBay couple weeks back and they said it was a system issue and escalated to tech to fix it; that we should try again in 5-10 days. Been at least 2 weeks and its still showing the same error. Any tips, help would be appreciated? Thanks!

If you have done all that, you'll just have to keep bugging them. Just curious are you shipping from the US?

Thanks for the response. Yes, we have.  Bugging them about their system erroring out on a legit EIN number? Should not that be fixed and community told it is fixed instead of bunch of us keep calling and bugging them?

This has been corrected now it seems. Curious if you were able to get registered under your EIN?
