New Listing Tool Interface

recently I happened to update my browser(i don't know its relevant to this ) and then when i start to put a listing the appearance of new listing tool has changed a little bit. Item specification part to be exact. does anyone know about this? if so please do tell...

Saw a post noting some more changes within the new listing tool....

also, different browsers sometimes render the 'view' a little differently

I didn't do any updates or anything. The newest update just showed up June 1 when I started listing. What a relief! This one I can work with!!!
