Need to contact support, please help

Hello, I am trying to update my debit card on file and eBay is telling me it can't verify the info. All I am trying to do is change is the expiration date and the 3 digit security code. I have had no problems updating the card info on other sites. I would like to contact support but the only option I am finding is a virtual (AI?) chat bot and I don't want that. Can anyone please point me in the direction of how to contact support? I don't mind emailing. I've been here forever but it's also been a long time since I have needed help with anything. Thanks!

Contact your bank and see if Ebay is blocked.

When I get a new debit card, it can't be verified on Ebay and a couple other sites until I call and have those sites unblocked.

I can make a purchase just fine, but if they go to verify the card, it fails.

Did you try deleting the card on file and entering it as a new card? 

Go to this link, scroll down to contact us and type AGENT, you need to enter a phone number, they will give you a call back.

thank you, yes I tried deleting and adding as a new card and I have the same problem. Everything is OK on my bank's end, and I've used the card with no problems elsewhere since activating it.

I will request a support call back today. Thanks!
