So, I have been working on getting my account switched over to managed payments for weeks. eBay seems to be finding fault with every document I provide and this last submittal I was assured that everything was in order and it'd be approved because it met all the criteria. That was over a week ago and it's still showing I have to submit more documentation. I can't tell what's wrong from that blanket banner that keeps showing up.

Every day I come in and try to get eBay to call me, but either they have too many calls and won't allow me to request a call, they have too many calls to get to me before they close or twice I've been able to get them to call me, but they call 5+ hours later near 8pm my local time when my phone is in the other room and I miss their call by seconds.

I feel like I have to be tied to my phone 24/7 with the hope that maybe I won't be in the bathroom during the less than 30 seconds when the phone rings and it might be them.

I'm extremely frustrated that it appears "call me" is the only communication method for support. Is there any other way I can reach eBay for help?

I'm having the same problems getting connected to MP.

Have you tried chat? If you go to the bottom of this page:

...there is an option for it. It doesn't look like you can reach anyone now (someone here told me that over 2 hours wait and it goes to the "unavailable" status), but I was able to chat with a rep earlier today. You have to get in the queue early in the day.

A warning, though - I've been on chat several times, and when the screen said I had less than one minute remaining for a customer service rep, it still took 20 minutes or more for someone to show up, so don't close the chat! Then today, it said I had 50-something minutes left to wait, and then all of a sudden I was connected. So you still have to keep an eye on your laptop or phone.
