Need help resolving an issue that I’ve been trying to resolve myself.

I’ve been trying to resolve this issue myself and the seller kept asking for more time.  Now after 90 days I’m asking for a refund and I can’t get a response.  I can’t find anything when I’m trying to get hep from EBay.  Paypal is telling me to contact EBay.  Does anyone have any advice?

90 days! Just guessing- was the seller stringing you along telling you to keep waiting that your package was on the way? Money Back Guarantee claims have a 30 day window. An eBay return or not received claim has to be filed within 30 days  from the delivery date in the listing.

Do as PayPal has instructed. Try to open a case on eBay. Either they won't let you or they'll let you open it but when you escalate it eBay will close it.  Then  you can go back to PayPal and let them know you tried but you weren't able to get a refund on eBay.

If PayPal doesn't  refund then go to your credit card and file a chargeback.

You're on the wrong page @dnthoma_0 at PayPal, which will keep sending you back to eBay, regardless the deadline at eBay already long ago expired.

File your dispute here instead, then immediately escalate your dispute to a PayPal claim.
