I have had an ongoing problem with ebay's new payment system, and despite sending them many many messages, including the one below, there seems to be no one, except one worker, Zaid, who seems like an educated person that works at ebay, and looks like the only one there with a brain, who can tell me how to get past the 'open a new acc.' page, and even though I've asked for Zaid to reply to me again, with more info., I have not heard back. The message below, I've sent 6 or 7 times, yet nobody replies, or if they do, it's just the standard s>h>i>t of saying to open a new payment acc., BUT they don't say how to get past the page that is not opening. I've reset the page many times, I've shut down my com., and restarted it, over several months. but I simply can't get into the page to actually make the new payment acc. I've even used another comp., BUT still the same problem. It's like talking to baby kids, the way they reply, NO HELP AT ALL !!!
Why are they so ignorant and stupid in they way they deal with the very people who help to pay their wages??
I'm very happy with paypal and they own paypal so i don't see any reason to change, and as I said, I can't change anyway, so i guess it's paypal for me to continue on with.
Has anybody else had to deal with what goes on at ebay? I'm curious to know if others have had to put up with their incompetence."

Maybe it's because you are in Thailand.

I speak from experience... you get great C/S Reps when you send a message through eBay's facebook page. You'll receive quick, concise emails that you can reply to and you can even escalate your issue to decision-makers. Hang in there!
