My payment is not working in eBay

I went to buy my first item on ebay but when I go to pay for it, it gets canceled by ebay. Can I buy an item that I bid on for the first item I bought. Please help me.😥

Do you see the circles to the left of the payment methods?

I don't  see that you checked a method. You have to select a method first.

Then after selecting a method if your card is declined it's your bank blocking the payment.

Does that item ship to your location? There are a number of sellers that don’t ship internationally.

I see that you’re in Sri Lanka.  Some Sri Lanka banks block payments to international sites.  You probably need to check with your bank.
