My Listing doesn't show up on top

I have published my first listing on e-bay. But it doesnt show up on top. Can I please get a help to improve it? Thanking you..!

If you do not see your own listing, the problem may be that you are shipping from Sri Lanka, but you do not ship to Sri Lanka -- Sri Lanka is excluded from your list of locations you ship to. So users in Sri Lanka will not be able to see your items when searching.

To see your items, either add a shipping method for Sri Lanka or change the location you use to calculate your shipping.
