Ok i am guessing you sold an item and is making you wait to get your funds. As a new seller you will wait up to 30 days for the funds to be released. before you sell you should read ebays policy for new sellers. Had you done that you would have known the rules. Ebay gives buyers a 30 day money back. You will not receive your funds until ebay is sure the item was delivered and the customer is satisfied. Even then you might still have to wait. 30 days is the payment hold for most new sellers.

On the left of the page is a blue "payment holds"
