Money on hold

I sold an item and the buyer has received it but it shows on eBay that it wasn’t shipped and my money is still on hold. I actually talked to the buyer and he confirmed it was delivered. It is really hard to get help on this site if the automated thing doesn’t get what your saying.

Why does eBay show the item wasn't shipped? Did you buy postage at USPS? If you did you need to add tracking to the order.

Since you're a new seller or an infrequent seller you funds can be held up to 30 days.

Did you mark it as shipped (at minimum) or do the "required" add tracking info?

You should never ask the buyer if they received their package.

That shows you don't know which would give them a chance to get a refund.

Tracking shows if it was delivered or not.

Also, eBay doesn't  go by what the buyer says, they go by what tracking says.

If you use eBay labels tracking is automatically uploaded.  Otherwise you have to manually upload tracking if you bought the postage at USPS.

Since you haven't sold anything in a while, they'll treat you as a new seller and they can hold your funds for 30 days.

Did you buy postage from ebay or go to the post office? If post office did you put in tracking info?

As @kensgiftshop stated You are a new seller and your funds will be held for 30 days. Have you also signed up for managed payments so you CAN get paid?
