Money on hold again

I have been selling on ebay since last fall. Recently I got the payment right away when someone paid for an auction. Today I was informed that my funds are on hold again, just like when I was completely new. I do not have any cases going on in the solution center. The only case I have had is a case I reported for something I had bought but did not get. Can it affect how fast I get the money? This case was what I opened, not someone who had bought anything from me.
