Missing Purchase

I signed in as Guest on  my account because i couldn't remember my password. I purchased and item on 2/4/24 and it hasnt arrived yet. i checked my Purchase History and it has no record of the transaction. I have a photo of the Credit Card statement, verifying the transaction. How do i resolve this matter? Anyone?

You signed in and bought as a guest. It will not be on your account. 

The only way to see the transaction on your account is to buy from there.

What was the last estimated due date?

The email you received when you bought should be able to get you the information and you can check your order from there.

You can't "sign in" as a guest.

Since you did not purchase using an ebay account, you can look at the email you received for your guest purchase for any information on your guest purchase.

Guest purchases are not tied to your ebay member ID  in any way.
