This account is used sparingly, to sell only items pertinent to my business. I haven't used it in a while. Just made a sale and eBay is telling me that I need to verify a bunch of stuff just to get my payout. One of those items was two "microdeposits". My Wells Fargo account received ONE of them, but not the other. I see no way to re-request the microdeposits. I swear I've already jumped through this hoop before (verifying my bank account)

Anyway, does anyone know how to re-request the microdeposits? It's been two weeks and I've only received one of them and eBay supplies no way to do this as far as I can see.

I found an older thread where the payments team replied to an account specific problem not quite the same as yours. What I noticed was that in that team member's signature line they had this instruction posted.

"For account specific Payments support please request contact from a payments-trained teammate by accessing any of the Help Pages related to payments and using the 'Have us call you' feature at the bottom of the page"

Sorry I dont see anything specifically about how to restart the micro deposit process. It seems odd to have one but not the other.

My understanding is they give you one micro deposit and then they take it back. Is there is "+" and then a "-" in your banking account? You need need to check your monthly statement. And once the micro deposit is done and you gave them everything they needed it should show up under "available funds" in payments. Are you getting a "0" in available funds? And then there's what day you request payouts. Or is it showing just "processing"? So I use my eBay app on my iPhone to do withdrawals. It simpler to used than my computer. I can actually do instant payments now getting funds around 9PM any day of the year...as long as I have "available funds". The trick is monitoring your bank statement. I never got any notification of when everything was set up and really to go. It was hard for the instant payments...the request payments button didn't show up for 2 weeks and one day it was there.

Thank you for your response. My bank account only shows the one microdeposit. Available funds on eBay shows $47+. Back when things were "normal" I had my settings to pay out daily. This worked fine until recently, but this account has long timeframes between sales. Now it's like eBay doesn't even know who I am. In addition, they're now requiring photo ID and bank statements. That's a lot of privacy to give up for $47.

The second microdeposit finally showed up on my account, and that made eBay happy. Interestingly, it only showed up after my end-of-month statement was generated by Wells Fargo.
