I am a Canadian seller on Ebay.com (have been for 20+ years). I’m trying to switch to Ebay’s Managed Payment system. I have provided the necessary bank information to Ebay and they tell me I must enter the amounts of the “micro deposits” that they have sent to my account. The problem is the bank says it has received no such micro deposits. I’ve told this to the Ebay reps and their only response is try again.
Judging from the posts I have seen in the community this is a common problem but I have yet to see a solution. Is there another way to confirm my identity so Ebay can send me the money I am owed? Perhaps some way for me to provide an acceptable ID? Any help is appreciated.

I can see on your Feedback Profile page that your registered address on this account is in Canada. Was that the case when you first started to register for Managed Payments?
Are you using a US$ account at a Canadian bank, located in Canada?
I'm asking for clarification to trouble shoot this, and try to eliminate (or confirm) the most common issues for a seller in your situation.

What about the question about where your account was registered when you first started to sign up for managed payments?

Yes, the account has been registered in Canada and worked in US dollars since I first joined Ebay some 23 years ago.
