Managed payments declined

Anyone else have their managed payments declined this morning - it says waiting for retry - this happened about a month ago too - it was an EBay glitch .

Of course they did. There's a long weekend ahead and interest to be made on those days. The timing of the "glitches" are all to perfect.

I contacted help and they said my funds were on hold because I needed to update my account - I said it said that they are not on hold but that the transfer was declined - so I did what they wanted me to do to update and they said that should solve the problem - still declined with no retry noted - so it’s wait and see 😒

I just had that happen today for the first time.  Declined waiting for retry---Have made no changes to my bank account

Do we  need  to do anything on our (seller's) end to ensure  the payment goes through this time successfully?

Hi @mtg167 - no, there's nothing that you would need to do in this case, payouts should be in process of re-posting currently.

Please advise what on earth is going on.  Several payments have this message  " declined payment waiting to retry" and are not getting retried.  I'd like my money.  Other payments in days ahead and behind these payments are getting deposited, so I know my bank info is correct. 15+ Payments from January and February 2021
