Managed Payments

I was surprised when I found myself in the 'managed payments' scenario. I was not advised this was happening and did not have the option to not participate. And this happened while I already had about 50 items listed on Ebay.

I buy everything thru Paypal and I still expect to be paid for my sales thru Paypal. I will not provide my bank account info for a 3rd party to debit or credit whenever. I also will not provide my SSN and B'date to a site which is not scam or hack proof. 

So my question is, how do I get the the $$$'s currently being held and owed to me. Once I get that, I will pull all my current 100+ items and close my account.

you will have to update your payment info to MP to get your money: Also you need to be receiving notice from eBay wich as you say no notice of this: you have such shut off in your preferences.

Sorry, but the only way to be paid is to sign up for Managed Payments.

If you're not going to sign up, you might as well remove your listings now before anymore sell and you can't get paid.

Yes I agree! We should be able to choose how we want to get paid! This reminds me of what it is like to live under Communism. Being forced to do something you disagree with. Good bye Ebay!! I will not buy or sale on your site until you give us a choice.

I've been on eBay for 17 years and I'm closing my account as well today. Managed payments is a disaster! It's funny you can still pay your seller fees with PayPal but you can't get paid with PayPal. What a joke.

@pierre-esprit1636   The only way to get money being directed to you through Managed Payments is to complete the registration.  Go ahead and do that, then get all your money, end your listings and use the link below to pursue closing your account and deleting your data ...
