How do I opt out of Managed Payments and go back to Pay Pal for my selling fees. Way to much paperwork and more expensive. Anyone else have issues with managed payments they tell me that is the only way to go no more Pay Pal is this true.

Unfortunately no more Paypal to accept payments, no longer an option. 😞 You can use it to pay for things though

It is a one way road from what I understand. I made that mistake with Seller Hub on one of my accounts and can not opt out of it either and stopped using that account.

ebay and Paypal did not renew their contract, so ebay went with Adyen to be their payment processor. Payments will now go to your checking account so you will need to provide your social security number and a checking account number by the deadline given to you. If you do not, eventually you will not be able to continue selling on ebay. All sellers will eventually be in Managed Payments by the end of 2021.
I have been in Managed Payments since October 2018.
In my experience, it takes 4 days from when the buyer pays to when the payment (less FVF) is credited to my checking account. My checking account is with a major bank. When I was using my federal credit union checking account, it took longer than 4 days.
I have a 1-day handling time, and I have specified daily payouts since I am a low volume seller. When the item is in Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment, I ship.

Right, Pay Pal will no longer an option for sellers.
As far as paperwork, it's not that bad once you get used to it.
