Does anyone know if it is possible to have eBay's managed payments deposit my sales proceeds into my PayPal account?

er... not at all since paypal isnt a bank.

Nope. The account has to be a bank account.

To add to @mtgraves7984 response, you will need a bank checking account for managed payments deposits.
