Managed Payments - Paypal Protection?

As a buyer,  if I pay via Paypal link and the payment is processed via eBay's Managed Payments, do I still get Paypal's 180 day buyer protection for an item not recieved?

Yes, if you pay by Pay Pal, you still get their buyer protection.
