Like everyone else posting here this morning, we received the payout declined email. Obviously this is a huge issue affecting many sellers - why in the world has there been no announcement and no update to the eBay System Status Page?! brian@ebay tyler@ebay brittanie@ebay

I'm feeling the same way. Especially since we cannot contact them directly or even have them call us!

Got through on the chat, after a 50 minute wait. Rep said it is a technical issue with the site and "there should be some news when it gets fixed." I politely suggested to him that there should be "some news" even before it gets fixed and that if they would proactively communicate with sellers by posting an announcement and updating the system status page, it would probably take a big load off of CS as well.
He said he'd pass that feedback up to "leadership".....does such a thing really exist at eBay? 🙄

Looks like they finally updated it to show "service disruption" in Payouts. Funny that the details page is "back dated", which makes it look like they posted that notice much earlier. 🙄
