Managed Pay shipping charges

Anyone having this happen with their shipping fees....In my Paypal account it shows shipping charges for each item and then in my bank checking account it shows the same ones.  Am I getting charged twice?

PS Truly hate this new managed pay process!

Where is PayPal getting the money? If your payments are going into MP, PayPal has to get the money somewhere.

I'm in MP and ship with my attached bank account.

My PayPal balance is zero and MP just reaches through PayPal to debit the bank account. You can choose a CC from your PayPal wallet, if you'd rather... but that would appear as a PayPal transaction, too.

Or you can ship from 'Pending' payments... choose your poison at the bottom of the labels page.
