MP worked for 1 month - Now Declined, Waiting for Retry - Have not been paid for 35 days = $10k due

After being forced onto Managed Payments back in December - everything was going smooth. Received (14) payouts but after January 8th, every payment now states 'Declined, Waiting for Retry'. Ebay has racked up (25) payouts totaling approx $10k in funds owed to me. 

Money is taken out of my available funds immediately and of course, they are taking their fees - but everything owed to me is floating around in an eBay virtual prison. No way to get in contact with anyone in support. The call back button is greyed out almost all day but actually was able to request a call this afternoon with an expected wait time of 2.5 hours. It's been over 3.5 hours and I am doubting I will get a call. 

I know I'm not alone in this issue and certainly feel for others who've racked up even bigger dollar amounts. I've tried resubmitting my bank account info and even verified with my bank they are not seeing any payment attempts and told me the issue has to be with eBay. 

Any other suggestions on what I can do or try to get paid?

I have yet to get payment for 2 items, first one sold early January and each time email from ebay says sent and then the word FAILED shows up.  My last email told me to change to a new checking account which I did and that would not go through to fix my problem.  Email after that says this needs to be done by Feb 21.  What will they do, keep my measly $40+ that is MINE???  I talked with a rep a week ago this Tuesday, he tried several things to fix whatever is wrong with my account and nothing worked, so he said he would send the problem to IT and that "they will be in touch with you in 24 hours".  Well that was a week and a half ago.  No place to email ebay, no phone #  for Ebay, all you can do is put in a request for a call back which the fellow did last Tues, Feb 2.   Took 2 hours for the return call.  Now I am in limbo, wondering if I will ever get my payout. NEVER USING EBAY TO SELL AGAIN!!!!!

Other than requesting the call back early in the morning they open at 5am PT, and are closing the queue very quickly I hear, there's not much else you can do. You may what to consider putting your listings in Time Away until they get it fixed.
