Lost order?

I ordered a book and paid thru Venmo 10/28 2024.  The purchase was deducted from my banking account.  I went to Ebay to check on the order and it says no recent orders, no processing orders.  Not sure where to go to handle this and to figure out where the money went.  I tried the  Automated chat line and it was not helpful

What does your Venmo receipt itemize?

Are you 'logged in' to the same account?

Did you buy as a guest?

Ebay sent an email when you purchased and also when it shipped(If it did ship)

Check the emails and see if you can access the order that way.
