Less payout than actual amount

I had a problem with payout issue. I sold a product on 1st of July where I supposed to get $427 but the payout has been issued only $247. I sold few more items and paid out them rightly. How can I get back rest amount? How can I contact with eBay Payroll Management.

Are you sure it was supposed to be 427?  Can you show the payout breakdown?

You could potentially sell a lot of expensive items very fast. Be aware that there could be payment holds for new sellers with sudden high sales volume. Hope you kept the receipts (ebay wants to be sure you didn't jack up a warehouse. I'm sure you didn't but that's what it looks like online). Good luck~

If you look at the order details it will give you a break down of the sale.

What the buyer paid Purchase price + shipping + sales tax. 
What you earned order total - sales tax - selling costs  - shipping = order earnings. 
If your available funds has a negative balance because you where charged for promoted listing fees and shipping fees that total will be deducted from your payout.

Yes. I am 100% sure that happened with my sold transaction but how can I contact with eBay? Any recommendation please ?

I selling the products on eBay since 2020 and it was pretty much good way for me but just this one transaction made me a bit upset and I believe that still I can sort out this issue if I find any right contact details .
