Late fund from available date

Hi, so my item was sold on nov 7th 2024 and the funds are on hold until jan 11th 2025. Today is jan 11th and my funds are still on hold. Does anyone ever experience this? Is the fund late? Or is it because it's weekend? I'vs contacted email through email and still no answer.
