Forced to sign up for managed payment, and not 30 minutes later I have an outside dispute from a customer, saying they didn't recognize the payment. I cannot cancel the order, I cannot refund the order, I can only wait for ebay to investigate, and charge me $20 for their time. The worst part is that 2 hours later they still say it is okay to ship the order?! Buyer has been blocked, and the order has been "marked" shipped. All ebay store inventory reduced to 0.
Good thing I have my own website to fall back on. Good luck sellers.

Your buyer doesn't understand why the charge says "eBay" when they bought the item from @smash.scottconnell, just like it says "Amazon" when they've bought from a seller there. Happens on purpose all the time.
Why not just provide a tracking number? That's what's required to resolve the case in your favor.

Signed up for managed payments 1149am, purchase made 1200pm, dispute entered 1210pm. Payment account in negative by 1230pm, that is when I noticed it.
