Issues with verifying payment details

HELP! -I have tried a few times to "verify" payment/bank details this week. 

Microdeposits - Funds have come into my account (today), I have entered the amounts into the confirm deposits boxes and it says

Unfortunately we are still having trouble verifying your microdeposit amounts.

The other option provided asks me to log into bank and my banking app won't allow this to happen. I can't seem to locate any live chat or contact number.

this similar event happened to me (not with ebay though)

the microdeposits were like 8 cents and 11 cents

the input required .08 and .11

not 8 or 11....maybe try reformatting the amounts to see if it takes it
