Hi Team,
I have an unidentified issue with adding my Bank account for payouts. I am based in Europe/ Bulgaria. I am a long term seller here but took a break for some months. Now coming back, I can see that PayPal is no longer used and I need to update my account details on file in order to avoid any issues with payouts in the future. I have done it so many times, wrote to the Support as well ( they don't have any phone or direct chat ) .After some time they reply me back with something like a template message and still not exact explanation. Unfortunately, I only get to update it...more than week now. Any chance someone to know what could be the issue ? After clicking again on that banner I get .." Verify your bank account using one of the options below. This is where we'll send your payouts." I have noticed that actually I have no options only to update it.. Is it some kind of bug or what ?
Any advice will be highly appreciated and this is really getting crazy. 🙂
