Is there any way I can reverse a refund on PayPal?

Hi, I recently bought an item from a seller but then I decided to return it, which I could do as they had a 30 day return policy. Anyway, the seller offered a partial refund instead and letting me keep the item and I accepted the offer. However, when they were trying to give me the partial refund PayPal would only allow a full refund. The seller gave me the full refund and said I could still keep the item. I insisted on returning it since it wasn't right of me to keep it since they gave me a refund, but they said not to return it as they didn't want to deal with customs payments.

So long story short, is there a way to reverse a refund on PayPal? I wanted to give the seller the "partial refund" money we originally agreed on or reverse the refund fully if that isn't an option, but PayPal only shows that I received a refund from the seller. It isn't giving me the option to reverse the refund either fully or partially.

Since you are in a transaction with the seller he can provide you with his phone number and maybe, his PP email address. Then you can either call him or just send him money in PayPal using the Friends & Family feature. Or, he can send you an invoice in PP if he has your PP email address.  Don't forget about currency conversion fees.
