Hello. I got a request about a refund on an order that was shipping 10 days ago. I didn't have tracking information on it (just low value card) so I gave them a refund. Well they just received the product. Is it possible to request a transfer of the refund that I sent or maybe put the request back on hold so it can be closed?

What you need to do is contact your buyer. Ask them if they want to return the card or pay for it? If they decide they want to pay for the card, let them know to give you their email address. Let them know that you will send them an invoice through PayPal, so the email they get will be from PayPal.
Ebay is aware that we have to take care of stuff like this in this manner because Ebay has no vehicle on the site in which we can use to do this with.

If your buyer has agreed to pay you for the item that they have now received then only option you have is to send your buyer a payment request through PayPal.
You just need your buyer's email address to do this.
Your buyer will receive an email from PayPal advising him of how to make the payment.
