Is anyone else having problems with the Managed Payments Verficiation?

July 15th is the last day that I received a payout from Ebay.  That day they requested a copy of my ID and bank account statement.  I provided it the same day.  

From there on in it was the runaround.  The first rep said it takes 48 hour business hours to process.  That came and went and nothing.  The next rep said he would escalate and call me back in two days.  Which he did and said that it was corrected and my hold would come off in 24 hours.  Which it didn't.  I got another moron who said they would escalate it.  Nothing.

Then I got so angry with the next phone call that I got a supervisor who was nice enough but told me the verification process was 14 days before they could do anything.  But that she would keep it on her desk to check back with me.  She called several days later and I missed it so I called back to get another supervisor who told me it wasn't 14 days but 14 BUSINESS days.  It is now the 4th of August and I have no payments since the 15th of last month.

I just requested a phone call and the message said it would be 66 minutes from now.  I was told by Ebay that tons of sellers are going through this.  Has anyone else been dealing with this nonsense?  They owe me almost $800 which for me is alot.

Yep, tons of them. All you can do is keep after them. "The squeaky wheel"...... you know.

So you were recceiving payments and then stopped asking for verification???

I've been on Managed Payments for almost a year and then suddenly on July 15th they asked for my ID and bank account which I am pretty sure they already had.  So I provided it within about an hour and am STILL waiting to be verified.  Meanwhile my sales (for me) skyrocketed and I am very concerned to list anything new and I have alot to list.

Honestly, I would take down my listings until they figure it out.

Ebay is making money and receiving THEIR money and I think since you are still actively listing that ebay does not think it really matters to you.

Every rep will tell you something different.

Well, you don't want to talk to the normal rep that you get on the phone. Earlier in the saga of MP I had to request every time I called to be transferred to the MP Team, when normal CS answered the phone as usual. I called every day when they promised me something was going to happen and usually got the person who was watching my case. I mean I called every business day. Back then they even threatened after some time had gone by to even ban me from eBay for the delay (which was beyond my ability to fix). So hang onto your hat! Maybe the MP team has delegated some of its authority to the normal CS but I'm not so sure.
